This is a Time Trial. A fantastic way to get in practice runs and prepare for future events and races.
After all we've been through, you get to run on the trails, back to nature. We help by making sure the route is in a secure environment, clearly marked, and safe.

No Entry Ever - except for you.
For the first time, you will be able to run through the Columbine Nature Conservatory. On top of the dune looking down into the Nature Reserve below, before you drop down onto the fisherman's path and return along the coastline in the Reserve,
the waves crashing next to you as you run.
Start and finish at the famous Crayfish Wharf as we celebrate the opening of the new Rock Lobster.
This is a great entry level run if you are looking for an introduction to trail running.

- Collect your timing card from Registration
- Scan at the Start Line
- Run - the most beautiful run you will have this year.
Relaxed time-trial style start times
- you choose what time you would like to start
- from 7.20 to 11.00
- no morning rush, you can even sleep in
