TRAILFUN – HERITAGE DAY TRAIL RUN 2026

The TrailFun Heritage Day Run is a public holiday trail run that honours where we come from — our stories, our people, our paths — without asking us to stand still.

This is a run about continuity. About moving forward while staying connected.
Whether you run hard, walk slowly, or share the trail with family and friends, this day is about being part of something bigger than a single event.

Routes are clearly marked, accessible, and walk-friendly, designed to welcome runners, walkers, and generations on the same trail.

Distances & Format

• 5km – easy, relatively flat

• 10km – more challenging, still entry-level

• Walkers welcome on all routes

• Well-marked, safe trails

Start Options

The Race

• 10km start: 7:40

• 5km start: 8:00

• Podium prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd (adult categories only)

Relaxed Run

• Start any time between 7:00 – 9:30

• Walk or run, no pressure

• 15km & 21km available as Relaxed Run only

• On-the-day entries close at 9:20
